Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. This page explains which cookies we use and how you can control them.
Cookies we always use
These are needed for the website to work, for example to remember your cookie choice, keep forms secure and load pages quickly. They do not identify you personally. Today this website uses one cookie: cookie_notice_accepted, which remembers whether you chose Accept or Decline, for 6 months. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies yet (checked 25 October 2026).
Cookies we only use with your consent
Analytics (Google Analytics): helps us understand how visitors use the site, so we can improve it.
Marketing (Meta Pixel): helps us show relevant adverts for our events on social media.
Embedded content (for example Instagram, YouTube or Google Maps): these services may set their own cookies when you view their content.
We only set these after you choose “Accept” in our cookie banner.
Changing your choice
You can change your mind at any time using the cookie settings link at the bottom of every page, or by clearing cookies in your browser settings.
