Cancellation and refunds
Questions about events, classes, trips or private bookings? We would love to hear from you.

We want booking with Estrella Dance to be simple and fair. Here is what happens if plans change.
Private lessons
- Cancel at least 24 hours before your lesson and you get a full refund.
- If you cancel later than that, the lesson is not refunded.
- If your teacher or the studio cancels, you always get a full refund.
- Cancel in the portal: Private lessons, then My lessons, then Cancel.
Membership
- You can stop your membership at any time in the portal (Membership, then Change card or cancel). It stops at the end of the period you have paid for.
- Within 14 days of your latest payment you can ask for a refund of that payment (Membership, then Ask for a refund). If the studio refunds it, your membership stops straight away and you will not be charged again.
- Signing out or closing the portal does not cancel a membership.
London Bridge parties
- The Wednesday, Thursday and Friday parties are free, so there is nothing to refund.
Trips and festivals
- Festival passes and trips follow the organiser’s own terms, which we show before you buy.
Classes and courses
- Rules for classes and courses will be added here when indoor classes start.
How refunds are paid
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually reach your bank in 5 to 10 working days.
- We charge in pounds; if your card is in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate.
